Xinyi hat seine KE begründet. Siehe oben im Text. Ist allerdings recht allgemein gehalten. Grundsätzlich finde ich es nicht schlecht, bei guten Aktienkursen eine KE zu machen, um das Geld in Expansion und Innovation zu stecken. Solange es nicht dazu da ist, um klamme Kassen zu füllen und es dem Unternehmen und seinem Geschäftsmodell gut geht, was hier der Fall ist, ist das kein Drama. Man stopft dann nämlich keine Löcher, sondern füllt die Kriegskasse.

Schon extrem, wie viele Aktien Xinyi mittlerweile im Markt hat....

Ziemlich seltsam, dass gerade so viele chin. Unternehmen KEs machen und bei Xinyi Solar trotz positiver Gewinnwarnung. Übertriebener KE Trend. Werden die KEs eigentlich gar nicht mehr begründet?

Hat jmd ne Idee ob es ne ke mit Bezugsrechten sein wird oder ohne?

On 17 December 2020 (before trading hours of the Stock Exchange), the Company entered into the Placing Agreement with the Placing Agent, pursuant to which, the Placing Agent has agreed, as the placing agent of the Company, to place 300,000,000 Placing Shares (or, failing which, to purchase itself as principal) on a fully underwritten basis, to not less than six Placees who and whose ultimate beneficial owner(s) are Independent Third Parties at the Placing Price of HK$13.00 per Placing Share on the terms and conditions provided in the Placing Agreement. The total number of Placing Shares represent approximately 3.53% of the total existing issued share capital of the Company and approximately 3.41% of the issued share capital of the Company as enlarged by the issue of the Placing Shares. The Placing Shares will be issued under the General Mandate. The gross proceeds from the Placing are approximately HK$3,900 million and the net proceeds of approximately HK$3,876 million are intended to be applied for capital expenditure of solar glass production capacity expansion, solar farm projects, and general working capital of the Group. Completion of the Placing pursuant to the Placing Agreement is conditional upon, amongst others, the listing division of the Stock Exchange granting a listing of and permission to deal in the Placing Shares.

Guten Morgen - offentlich war gestern ein guter Tag zum Einstieg. Hier habe ich einen interessanten Vergleich über die Solarfirmen Xinyi, Jinko etc gefunden. Xinyi kommt sehr gut weg

Da lag ich doch gestern richtig. Am Tag nach den "Zahlen" geht es hoch. Aktuell +3%

Jinkosolar ist letzte kw dezember 2020 65-70$

Vlt wollten manche auf den Zug von jinkosolar aufspringen und denken dass da die Konsolidierung schon vorbei ist

Ja ich habe es auch nicht verstanden .🦧..wollte schon länger einsteigen und nun endlich mit dabei.

Sehr viele haben glaub ich heute aufgestockt. 😉 Kenn da auch Einen. Seltsamer Tagesverlauf des Kurses bei so einer positiven Gewinnwarnung. Nicht wirklich nachzuvollziehen, dass man heute Anteile verkauft.
