Ich würde gerne mal wissen was aus den ganzen Kooperationen geworden ist die man hier ja gut nachlesen kann. Gerade so aus dem letzten Jahr. Wieso wurden noch keine Umsätze generiert? Ich überlege einzusteigen muss aber wohl noch deutlich mehr recherchieren.

Ynvisible hat sich 1,5 Millionen Kanadische Dollar frisches Kapital gesichert. Zugegeben, der Ausgabepreis der 7,5 Millionen neuen Aktien – 0,20 Kanadische Dollar (0,13 Euro) – war auch sehr attraktiv, aber Ynvisible ist eben noch ein echtes Start-up. Aber genau das könnte sich noch in diesem Monat ändern. Denn in der letzten Mai-Woche will Ynvisible eine Kooperation mit einem Milliardenkonzern bekanntgeben. Und dabei solle es sich Gerüchten zufolge um ein deutsches Unternehmen handeln. Die Spannung steigt, der Countdown läuft. Kurse von unter 0,20 Euro können zum Kauf genutzt werden.

Ynvisible Interactive Inc. (the “Company” or “Ynvisible”) (TSX-V: YNV; OTCQB: YNVYF) announces that it will be closing, subject to acceptance by the TSX Venture Exchange, a non-brokered private placement of 7,500,000 common shares of the Company (the “Shares”) at $0.20 per Share to raise gross proceeds of $1,500,000 (the “Offering”). In connection with the Offering, the applicable finders’ fees will be (i) a cash commission in the aggregate amount of $23,100 to eligible finders, and (ii) the issuance of a total of 252,875 common shares in the capital of Ynvisible to eligible finders. All securities issued pursuant to the Offering shall be subject to a statutory four-month hold period from the date of closing in accordance with applicable Canadian securities laws. The net proceeds of the Offering will be used for general working capital, productization, marketing, and increasing production capacity.

Genau genommen ist Ynvisible als Entwickler einer disrupti- ven Technologie, dem Drucken elektronischer Bauteile, auch ein Krisengewinner. Und so erklärt sich zumindest ein Teil der wirklich starken Erholung der Aktie, die vom März-Tief aus gerechnet um über 200 Prozent zugelegt hat. Aber jetzt spielt auch die Fantasie der bevorstehenden ersten größe- ren Kooperation eine gewichtige Rolle. Eigentlich war die diesbezügliche Nachricht für diese Woche vorgesehen, aber weil es wohl doch „etwas Größeres“ werden soll und nach- verhandelt wird, ist mit einer entsprechenden Meldung Ende Mai zu rechnen. Dann könnte aus dem Start-up Ynvisible ein „richtiges“ Unternehmen werden.

Das Volumen steigt wieder

Klammheimlich steigt und steigt der Kurs von Ynvisible. Das Volumen wird auch jeden Tag größer. Wenn die 0,25€ überschritten sind, dann steigt der Kurs noch viel schneller. Es steckt eben ausgereifte Technik und ein gutes Geschäftsmodell dahinter. Der Markt entwickelt sich rasant.
