Jim said he was surprised where they trade given Zeta’s Sales CAGR. Acknowledged there was a short piece, but that “he understands there’s stuff on the short and long side” (essentially I won’t touch that) David noted peers trade at 20x sales+ while Zeta is like 3x David added “you can make up anything and get it published” Continued to note they had top auditors sign off on their financials and Washington data experts audit their processes to refute the short seller claims Cramer ended noting the investor disconnect is likely due to the complex biz.
