Außerdem stand in einem offiziellen Dokument zum Antrag der letzten 10 Mio dass die initialen Kosten für den Produktionsstart 14 Mio betragen würde Mit den inzwischen 19 bereits bewilligten Mio könnte die Prduktion also locker aufgebaut werden

Gerade deshalb sehe ich das Ganze sehr positiv Oder übersehe ich etwas

Verstehe hier die aktuelle Entwicklung auch nicht es ist mehr an Zuschüssen vorhanden als das Unternehmen aktuell wert ist.

Alleine 2023 wurden doch 19 Mio an Fördergeldern bewilligt und weitere 5 Mio sind beantragt Also ist doch Cash vorhanden

Super krass was hier passiert ist. Bin froh dass ich eher abgesprungen bin. Wenn nicht, wäre jetzt für mich der Zeitpunkt.

PUBLISHED: April 20, 2023 at 12:59 p.m. | UPDATED: April 20, 2023 at 6:57 p.m. KINGSTON, N.Y. — Zinc8 Energy Solutions is seeking a minimum of $5 million in taxable bonds to be issued by the Ulster County Industrial Development Agency in addition to the $10 million already approved for the company to move forward with plans to build a battery manufacturing plant at iPark 87 in the town of Ulster. Company President Ron MacDonald told agency officials in an April 17 letter the request is being made by investors. “Following the company’s review of the project with KeyBanc Capital Markets, as placement agent, it was brought to our attention that the company will require additional financing to complete the project,” he wrote. MacDonald also wrote that the “additional financial assistance” would be “taxable revenue bond financing in an aggregate principal amount of $5,000,000 but in any event not to exceed $10,000,000.” Last month, agency officials authorized the Canadian-based company to take out $10 million in borrowing through bonds at an interest rate that is expected to be between 7.25% and 9%. The company was also given a waiver of up to $186,000 on sales tax for purchases and services for construction of its facility. In December, the company submitted an application that puts its capital costs at $1.75 million over a three-year period. Plans call for Zinc8 to manufacture industrial-scale rechargeable batteries, with officials saying the iPark 87 facility is expected to be an assembly plant that puts the final product together from materials developed at other locations. In the first phase of construction, Zinc8 would use about 43,560 square feet of outdoor space secured by a chain link fence before beginning manufacturing in the first 150,000 square feet of indoor space at the complex. The company ultimately plans to lease a combined indoor and outdoor area of about 237,000 square feet. Zinc8’s second phase would add 350,000 square feet by 2027 as part of a new application for agency assistance. During a meeting Wednesday, Industrial Development Agency board members agreed to set a date and location for a public hearing on the new bond request. MacDonald said after a January public hearing on the tax-exempt bonds that efforts were being made to have the project in operation by early 2024. He added that Zinc8 was still in negotiations with iPark 87 owner National Resources for the space and that it hadn’t “signed with iPark” despite only a week earlier giving a different impression at a press conference featuring Gov. Kathy Hochul and a roomful of elected officials from around the region. During that event, Hochul said having Zinc8 ink a deal for use of the site represented a “rebirth, a renaissance of this property which is going to be a catalyst for many businesses to follow.”

Kann mir das auch nur mit dem aktuellen bärenmarkt erklären. Die news der letzten Wochen und Monate waren sehr gut insbesondere die steuergutschriften in Höhe von 9 Million. Die Bonds in Höhe von 10 Millionen. Denke viele Investoren sammeln aktuell Cash und meiden spekulative Titel, sodass aktuell keine Bewegung rein kommt. Zusätzlich ist ein kommerzieller Start es in Q3 2024 geplant und solange möchten Investoren aktuell vielleicht kein Kapital binden. Insbesondere falls doch nochmal ein dip kommt.

Warum ist der Kurs trotz solcher News immer noch so niedrig? Ich erwarte keine MK von 2 Milliarden, aber 100-300 mio müssten doch drin sein.
