Almonty secures offtake agreement to supply tungsten oxide for US defence applications Almonty Industries (ASX:AII) has entered into a binding offtake agreement with US-based defence contractor Tungsten Parts Wyoming and Israeli tungsten processor Metal Tech. The deal will see TPW purchase a minimum of 40 metric tons of tungsten oxide per month from Almonty for exclusive use in US defence applications, including missile, drone, and ordnance systems. MT will process the tungsten oxide into metal powder in either Israel or the US for TPW’s defence production programs. The agreement guarantees a hard floor price with no upper cap, ensuring predictable revenue and long-term demand aligned with US defence initiatives. Deliveries are set to begin once Almonty produces tungsten oxide in commercially saleable quantities. The initial term of the agreement is three years, with automatic annual renewals thereafter.
