Laut Matt Fernley lag der letzte steile Anstieg bei den Lithiumpreisen am Futuresmarkt an einem Short Squeeze. Ich gehe aktuell davon aus, dass es bis zum chinesischen Neujahrsfest, das diesmal Mitte Februar stattfindet, eher seitwärts oder sogar leicht abwärts geht.

Ich bin reich geworden, weil ich immer zu früh verkauft habe.

Spannend. Nach den zurückliegenden unglaublichen Monaten des Anstiegs nehmen die ersten ihre Gewinne mit. Kurze Preiserholung auf dem Lithiummarkt. Dazu der kommende Quartalsbericht 4.Q25 mit kleinem Verlust. Da kann man woanders gerade schneller Geld verdienen (z. B. AMD). Aber keine Sorge, spätestens im Mai sind alle wieder mit an Bord und noch viele mehr. Wir werden voll durchhypen. Jetzt erstmal Konsolidierung.

Das ändert sich täglich. Der Spotpreis wird einmal täglich veröffentlicht und ermitteln sich aus Transaktionen, Angebot, Gebote usw. Die Futures werden bis zum Handelsende live gehandelt. Glaub, SMM aktualisiert das alle 15min. Wenn die Futures zum Handelsende im Minus schließen deutet das auf einen fallenden Spotpreis am nächsten Tag hin.

https://www.metal.com/Lithium Der Mai Contrakt LC2605 ( 2026 / Mai) ist der Maincontrakt (kleines M dahinter). Das ist der wichtigste und gibt die Richtung vor. Der hat auch das größte Open Interest. Wenn du da drauf klickst siehst du auch die prozentuale Veränderung usw.

Ich hoffe, ich hatte dich da nicht zu sehr verunsichert weil Ganfeng und Tianqi gestiegen sind. 🙈 Macht für mich auch immer noch keinen Sinn. Dein Timing mit Long schließen und short eröffnen war ja nahezu perfekt! 😎
