Also leider nein, nicht die 1,40€ mindestens. Die KI geht eher realistisch von 78pence aus, was 0.88€ entspricht. Also auf gut deutsch: beschissen!
Oder jetzt noch extrem eindecken und dann auf mind. 78pence hoffen um den Einstiegskurs zu drücken und nicht ganz so viel Verlust realisieren zu müssen

Nach dem UK Takeover Code (Rule 9) gilt:
> Wenn jemand 30 % oder mehr der Stimmrechte eines börsennotierten Unternehmens erwirbt (oder überschreitet), muss er ein Pflichtangebot an alle anderen Aktionäre machen.
Dieses Angebot muss mindestens so hoch sein wie der höchste Preis, den der Bieter in den letzten 12 Monaten für Aktien der Zielgesellschaft gezahlt hat.
👉 Wichtig:
Das bezieht sich nicht auf den höchsten Börsenkurs, sondern auf den höchsten tatsächlich gezahlten Kaufpreis des Bieters selbst.
Das ist also eine Transaktionsbezogene Mindestpreisregel, keine „Chartregel“.

Soweit ich weiss muss bei einer „feindlichen Übernahme“ in UK der Höchstpreis der letzten 12 - 24 Monate gezahlt werden als schätze ich wird das Angebot schon mindestens 1,40 Euro sein müssen

😬 Und?! Was machen wir jetzt mit dieser Info? Erstmal ordentlich nach oben gegangen, aber ob das weiterhin einen positiven Impuls gibt?! Ich denke eher nicht 🤔 letztlich wollen sie sicherlich so wenig wie möglich den Aktionären zahlen für ein buyout

Wahnsinn dass die Aktie bei 14.000# schon so derart hochgeht... Aber das ist auch die Chance für eine meiner Hoffnungen - endlich wieder mal ne positive und bereits lange von mir herbeigesehnte News von Stroll und daraufhin hoffentlich auch wieder schnell nen 1 € zurückerkämpfen...🚗🏎️🍀

Das Tagesvolumen ist aber sehr gering. Deswegen ging der Preis kurz hoch, weil keiner verkauft und jemand 14.000 Stück gekauft hat…
