Die Zustimmung ist unter Auflagen erteilt worden. Welche steht nicht dabei. Anscheinend keine guten wenn ich den Kursverlauf betrachte...

Das scheint den AMD Anlegern momentan nicht zu gefallen.

China stimmt der Übernahme zu

AMD’s acquisition of Xilinx has been approved in the United States, the European Union and the U.K. AMD (ticker: AMD) was expected to close its $35 billion purchase of Xilinx (XLNX) in 2021. It was announced in October 2020. In late December, the companies said they expected to close the deal in the first quarter of 2022. “Our conversations with regulators continue to progress productively, and we expect to secure all required approvals,” AMD and Xilinx said at the time. AMD shares rose 0.4% to $111.10 in premarket trading Thursday. Xilinx jumped nearly 7% to $187.54.

Advanced Micro Devices received approval from Chinese regulators to acquire smaller semiconductor rival Xilinx. China’s State Administration for Market Regulation said in a statement Thursday that it “decided to approve the concentration of undertakings with additional restrictive conditions.”

FED Sitzung wie erwartet. Für März erste Zinserhöhung angekündigt. Danach sollen noch 3 oder 4 weitere um je 0.25% kommen. Alles im Rahmen der Erwartungen. Die Brechstange ala wir erhöhen sofort 0.50 blieb aus. Für mich eher positiv als negativ zu werten. Bin wieder zu 100% investiert fürs erste.
