Das mit dem Aktiensplit verstehe ich ja noch. Ist wie 24 Liter Cola im Keller, entweder in 24 1L Flaschen oder 24 0,5 Literflaschen :-) Was ich hingegen nicht verstehe ist der folgende Satz auf der Invester Relations: "Amphenol today announced that its Board of Directors approved a two-for-one stock split to be paid in the form of a stock dividend. Each Amphenol shareholder of record at the close of business on May 31, 2024 will receive one additional share for every share held on the record date. Amphenol expects the additional shares will be distributed on June 11, 2024.". Ich bekomme doch nicht pro Aktie eine weitere ?! Ich sollte doch einfach nur die gleiche Stückzahl nochmal eingebucht bekommen und gut ist`s. Jetzt ist da plötzlich von einer Stock Dividend die Rede mit einem Stichtag. Oder gibt`s da was extra oben drauf ? Danke falls jemand mehr weiss.
