Da ja Links oft nicht gerne gelesen werden, hier mal neben dem üblichen PR-Blabla der relevante Teil der Pressemitteilung von Anavex: The Company was informed by the Committee for Medicinal Products for Human Use (CHMP) of the European Medicines Agency (EMA) of a negative trend vote on the Marketing Authorisation Application (MAA) for blarcamesine following its CHMP oral explanation. The CHMP is expected to adopt a formal opinion on the MAA at its December meeting. The Company intends to request a re-examination of the CHMP opinion upon its formal adoption, including providing relevant biomarker data, based on feedback and continued guidance from the CHMP, EMA and the Alzheimer’s disease community. The EMA procedures adopted by the CHMP allow an applicant to request re-examination of its decision, which would be undertaken by a different set of reviewers that conduct a new examination, independent from the first opinion. In addition, after initial dialogue, the U.S. FDA’s Center for Drug Evaluation and Research (CDER) advised the Company to request a meeting to discuss the Company’s Alzheimer's disease clinical trial results.

Auf Stocktwits stand was, dass die Entscheidung gegen Annavex mit 9 von 10 Stimmen ausfiel.

Donanemab wurde im ersten Anlauf auch von der CHMP abgelehnt, hat es dann in der "re-examination" geschafft. ... So dürfte es weitergehen. Eben bei 2,5 Euro nachgekauft. Zumindest die Posi ist noch im Plus ;)

Mehr werde ich aber vermutlich hier auch nicht riskieren. 😉

Werde auch abwarten. Irgendwie mag ich das noch nicht akzeptieren, dass es das gewesen sein soll. Das ist halt ein neuer Ansatz. Manchmal braucht das halt etwas länger.

Ich bleibe auch drinnen, blöd gelaufen aber abwarten

Aktuell 2:0 für Shkreli. Etwas ärgerlich, war bei beiden gut im Plus (hier in der Spitze 300%) und nicht mal den Einsatz rausgenommen. Aber anders als bei Sava ist hier noch alles möglich, also Nachspielzeit und ggf. Verlängerung. Ich bleibe drin

Erstmal nicht, aber das Ganze sieht nach einer Leiche im Depot aus. Das wird nach Annovis die letzte AD Aktie für mich sein. Das Risiko ist einfach zu groß.

Erstmal nichts Gutes. Keine Ahnung, wie jetzt die Erfolgsaussichten sind.
