Es gibt kein konkretes Datum. Zuletzt sollte sie bis 30.06.25 kommen, wurde dann aber verschoben, weil sich die Möglichkeit eines Joint Ventures ergeben hat. Über das JV ist aber leider noch gar nichts bekannt.
