Just happened to check the Shorts position yesterday, and was surprised that for at least ONE DAY nobody shorted ARU - it was not one the ASX shortlist for 22/10, yesterday "someone" shorted 104 shares.
Was surprised to see most recently its under 3.6% and at No.58 on the Short List.
I'd say the Shorters know that their work is complete here at ARU, with minimal chance of profit. Its likely Cornerstone Equity will go out the door at $0.16
I would like to think that ARU management are in some sort of upper bargaining position and might be able to get it away at 0.20
Added to all 4 of my positions with the SPP with $30K each.
The BBB will go back into hibernation on HC, he doesn't need the mental anguish that this forum brings at times....
All IMVHO, DYOR (cause I have), GLTA(patient)LTH "Build it they will come for more" LTH over 2.0mil but less than 5.0 mil shares.

Ie POSCO will be the last offtaker (they didn’t do DD at Nolan’s for no reason). Why? They need ex-China to supply the USA as a mandate to capture the benefits of the inflation reduction ACT.
There is no confusion around if OEM’s want the RE product at a higher price. This is a given, as supply on the western side is in deficit.
Further: Who is going to supply the 35% Ex-China EU mandate?
Again, I might be too confident, but our supply is and will sell at a premium. Hence my decoupling comments. The taxes, subsidies and mandates provide a pseudo decouple. As the deficit modeled will increase the price and give suppliers certainty and comfort.
It’s already happening as I always say.

Birch ist nach wie vor von Arafura und den Möglichkeiten überzeugt, nur nicht vom Management.
Die Anzahl seiner Aktien kann man im Quartalsbericht nachlesen, da er zu den Top 20 Shareholders gehört.

Die Kapitalerhöhung ist abgeschlossen wurden 4,6$ mio eingesammelt Ziel waren 7$ mio das war der Share Purchase Plan. Dann wurden ja noch 29mio neue Aktien ausgegeben somit hat man 24,6$ mio eingesammelt. In den Foren wird aber diskutiert, das sich das Management schön die Taschen voll macht und nix liefert. FID wird ja mal erwartet. Mittlerweile ist weiter fraglich ob das noch dieses Jahr passiert. Zur Zeit sieht es hier nicht so rosig aus.
Ja, das ist insgesamt ziemlich unzufriedenstellend verlaufen. Offensichtlich konnte man auch nicht genug Investoren vom eigenen Potenzial überzeugen.

Ich empfehle hier generell HotCopper da wird unter ARU viel diskutiert - da bekommt man Infos aus erster Hand
Besonders empfehle ich Birchcorp (muss einiges an Aktien haben heist Leigh Birch) und chokdee. Die waren vor einiger Zeit immer doch noch pro Arafura jetzt scheint mir die Überzeugung geschwunden zu sein.
