otc fällt weg, klar, also keine verwässerung des kurses, also werden die kurse weiter verrechnet weil die scheine einer bestimmten anzahl von aktien enthält damit müßten die scheine die gleichen rechte wie eine aktie haben mit dem entsprechendem multiplikator

Es wird dann so sein, dass alle bei der OTC erworbenen Aktien zu den ADR Scheinen zusammengefasst werden. Sprich: hat man 5 aktien bei der OTC erworben, werden diese zu 1 ADR Schein zusammengefasst. Die Menge, die win ADR Schein widerspiegelt, muss noch entscheiden werden.

Der otc markt fällt weg und wird über adr scheine an der nasdaq gehandelt. OTC und Nasdaq zusammen geht nicht.
