so schnell geht hier nichts runter wir möchten die3 Euro und die bekommen wir. Stumpf muss noch einiges kaufen bis Ende 2024 um seine noch 9% zu bekommen

Compared to the end of 2022, Commercial's current valuation level (as of 31 August 2023) has decreased by -14.2% (FFO 1 multiple) and -11.8% (Price/EPRA NTA ratio).
