(“Sansure Biotech”), its joint venture partner, has made a RMB 24.5 million (~$ 4.7 million) investment in their joint venture entity, Hunan Sanway SepSMART Ltd. (“SepSMART”), as a milestone investment based on the success of a preliminary human clinical study in China. In that disclosure, the Company stated that it owns 25% of SepSMART.
