Laut KI macht das Geschäft „nur“ 100 mio Gewinn. Hört sich nach einem schlechten Deal an oder? Die firma wird mit rund 4,8 mrd bewertet, d.h. Man nimmt nochmal 1,5 mrd Schulden in die bilanz. In summe erhöht sich also die verschuldung um 4,8 mrd $. Verschuldung steigt von 10-11 mrd auf 15-16 mrd
