Hello all, I have received some questions for the group...already got some answers from the moderator so posting them below: 1. What is the expected release date of the shooting game? - Q2 2022 2. What is the association with Team33 (many posted wearing the Atari Token Mueller watch)? - Team 33 is partner with Atari Token and big supporter 3. When the crypto beans café opened, it was said that they would start to accept the Atari token if in a few months. The same was also said for float Dubai. Have either of those businesses started to use Atari Token? - Coffee shop crypto and beans will be open February 2022 and yes they will support the Atari Token. Float night club is opened already and it will start to accept Atari Tokens also in February 2022 4. What is the purpose of the numerous high altitude weather balloon launches labeled Atari Chain and carry electrical devices. - Atari Chain is trying to reach real moon in real life or at least most close to the moon 5. Any progress, updates, statements on the Atari Games Club? - There is progress opening will be in Q2 2022 6. Will the ICICB Blockchain will use a Proof of Stake + Proof of History type of system like Solana does to achieve fast speeds, or if it's just proof of stake based or something new? - ICICB CHAIN is proof of stake and has some new integrated technologies that allowed chain to have more the 100k tps and 0.5s block confirmation

1. How will the token have utility in the future? 1. There are so many possible utilities such as hotels, games, consoles, virtual world, accepted by companies worldwide for payments 2. Will there be land sales with Atari Token in Virtual World/MetaVerse? 2. Atari does not have Atari virtual world, there is only ICICB MetaVerse with Atari 3D casino inside and the AlphaVerse created by CBi, and yes of course, the Atari token will be accepted 3. My token holdings is down in value. When will there be a turnaround? 3. Crypto has ups and downs. Hopefully this year things will improve for you 4. Will the team change the token logo? 4. Yes, should be that Atari Token has same logo as Atari SA 5. Any information about ICICB and AtariChain at the Grand Prix connecting with some investors? 5. ICICB and Atari chain was sponsor of some part of F1 and make big promotion which they hope will help in future as reference for investors 6. Any new investments from ICICB into AtariChain? 6. ICICB investing every day in Atari Chain and it will continue investing 7. Any information about AtariChain and Fantom concerning Dubai smart city? 7. Partnership between Atari Chain and Fantom is on hold for now, so all is possible but nothing confirmed 8. What connection does Atari Token have with Luxandia - luxury bank from ICICB? 8. ICICB invest in lot of different projects crypto and non-crypto and this in one of them 9. Is the Atari Credit Card still in plans? 9. 100% yes, ICICB get bank license and name will be Atari or Atari chain bank 10. Will ICICB try to buy other 50% of AtariChain? 10. Maybe 11. How big is the AtariChain team? 11. Very big, over 300 people but, project manager has not done his job properly 12 Is it all outsourced or there 100% dedicated teams for the project? 12. 100% all done by Atari, or Atari Chain, or ICICB. 13. When does the selling pressure from the project address 0x308f60b55b0ba1faf4948adafaf0ce812f3706c4 apparently responsible for liquidity/listing is going to end? 13. That wallet has 50m Atari more out of 500m, so it is almost over 14. Is another address in the future going to do the same? 14 Should not be, but all whales are unlocked so all is possible and we do not have control over private accounts 15. Is there still a plan to introduce a different divisible token and replace and swap Atari token for this new one? 15. For now exist only one token called Atari and it is non divisible and exist 1.9b only 16. When will the Road Map be completed? 16. There is an old road map and will need to be revisited 17. Will there be a full time marketing team for social media if so, when? 17. Yes, from today

I have some additional answers I have provided and will dump here: Why does atari official twitter share a lot of games, but there are no blockchain related games launched with atari token? - The parent Atari Twitter is run by a different group. Atari has indicated the blockchain is part of their future strategy so expect more to come from this. Who's managing Atarichain? My understanding is Fred left and there's a new CEO, it will be nice to know the core leadership team of Atarichain. (People coming from both Atari and ICICB?) - Most companies have changes in leadership over time. Fred has been succeeded by Matthew Burnett who has been the lead for strategic initiatives. Fred was not 'ousted'. When will the new CEO of Atarichain will do the AMA? - When the time is right, the new CEO will make his introduction and appearance. Is there a tight working relationship between various Atari projects using its brand? - Depending upon the project, there can be tight coupling with teams, but some projects are license based and follow set parameters in brand usage. Will there be a fulltime marketing team employed to promote the Atari Chain and other Atari brand in general? - Atari and Atari Chain have different marketing teams. More info about Atari Chain marketing to be addressed during the AMA When Atri accepted in hotel, vcs, etc? - Hotels are still in development with more details to come. The VCS there is still plans for blockchain involvement

22. Tokenomics exist, but very old with obsolete calculations of 7.7b with burning policy. The team decided to change and burn more than planed so new Tokenomics not exist except there is max supply of 1.9b. 23. Legal opinion exist from few places, smart contract audit report also exist. 24. Main company is based in Gibraltar called Atari Chain Ltd. 25. There is a Tokenomic deck, but old more than 1 year so not all info are valid and correct. 26. New white paper and new Tokenomics will be out sometimes this year (I hope so). 27. Atari has its own DEX, but there is no liquidity there, so is not usable at the moment. Hopefully liquidity will be added to Atari DEX and then could be used for trading soon. 28. Atari Chain has its own bridge between chains. ETH, Matic, BSC, FTM so people can change chains easily and not need to use AnySwap, mutuchain.xyz , burger swap and another, but Atari Chain bridge was never launched due to awaiting team to put Atari liquidity on all chains. 29. Beside the PR company Luna, there are two more marketing companies but no coordination between then and developers yet. 30. And much more.... As I mention before I am here to answer on all your questions as is, and as per my information. But I ask from you to help project as you can...

7. Atari Crypto Exchange (CEX) will come also sometime this year. Crypto exchange license are issued already in Estonia, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Georgia, Bulgaria and few more countries but software is not ready yet and hopefully will be this year. 8. Atari Chain will update the mobile wallet in February for Android, and also looking to launch a new iOS application around the same time. 9. Team is not dumping tokens, but some tokens are sent from team wallets to third parties for different purposes & reasons and not personal enrichment. Third party sold on DEX because not all people want this project to succeed, so they do this that everyone can see on blockchain that team selling so that spam the group about team dumping. This isn't true. The team selling and we don’t have control over external sellers. 10. There are 6 potential major listings coming but nothing is 100%, but they approaching final stages. 11. We have been close to some very big exchanges but what has happened is when making a due diligence review, they see many negative comments in the community and inform us to "fix your own community" and come back to us. So it is up to all of us if we want the best of listings. To speak to the story that you can list on the top exchanges just for money (500k, 1m, 3m) without a good community, or more then 50k holders, or more then 20m organic volume or extremely unique project is a lie. There are no fees that guarantee you major listings. Only token holders, volume, and good community is what makes it work. 12. Team wallets are all unlocked, but again, project is already 60% decentralized between us and the community. Combined, the community and team holds more than 1b tokens. So all team members, founders and owners has only 40% and again this is around 800m tokens by 0.05 cents coming 40m USD. If everyone in the group were to buy 1,000 USD, all tokens are available and project is 100% decentralized. 13. Team did great things, but because of less desirable coordination between team members and community, the world does not know about it, or they know very late when community is not in hype any more 14. Circulation supply is around 1b out of 1.9b, and why, I cannot tell you exactly, is because some of the main wallets are moving, but I believe that real circulation supply is 1.1b out of 1.9b. As I mention before, all team and all founders, owners has no more than 800m left in all their unlocked wallets. 15. ICICB has Atari rights for token/coin, casino, blockchain, all international hotels outside of the US, crypto exchange, bank, financial institution. 16. CBi has no official relation with Atari Token or Atari Chain except that CBi belongs to the former Atari CEO Fred, and he wants this project to succeed and is integrating the Atari Token in his/CBi products. An example of this is the CBi AlphaVerse. This is the same for ICICB. ICICB will integrate the Atari Token in their products including the ICICB MetaVerse and Atari 2D & 3D casinos. 17. I am big supporter of this project. Even with issues that have occurred in the past, I know Atari is a strong brand that regardless the past, this community can make this project fully decentralized very easy and make it a success. 18. ICICB is making their own fastest and cheapest blockchain. If they succeed, there is the potential of some of Atari Tokens to be moved to the ICICB chain, if not possible, it will remain mainly on the ETH network. 19. Staking program will be returned as soon as ICICB launch the Atari 2D blockchain casino where you will be able to make, submit and upload your own games, and stake as the house. This would be the first real use case for staking and is self-supporting. Prior staking efforts were not substainable. 20. Atari Chain web site will be updated in next 20 days and website will be down for 1 day.

Hello everyone, I am new admin that Fine Arts referred to earlier in the week. First of all, I would like to state that I am not part of the team, nor shareholder, nor Atari Chain employee. I am one of biggest and earliest investors, and I personally know all CEO's (Atari Chain, Atari, ICICB, CBi) including project managers and main team key people from the Atari Token project. I believe I can answer more questions than the CEOs themselves. I have spoken with all the key people in this project, and they gave me permission to speak as a third party and answer on community questions. I invested a lot of money, I want and need this project to succeed. I will not tolerate from now on any messages not good for the project. From the community, I ask only to give ideas, suggestions, proposals, solutions and questions. I will always answer the questions exactly as it is what you will see in future from now on. This project can succeed so easy. One of easiest examples, we have small pool liquidity on all DEX. If everyone in this 40k member group put from 100 to 1,000, we pump price to 1 USD and then automatically we will bring new people on board. What most people in this group do not fully appreciate is this is a real project created by Atari (NASDAQ and Euronext listed company) and ICICB group (multinational holding company with billions in assets). Because of this, it is not easy to launch any news or product promotions because at the end, there are complications with a NASDAQ listed US based company doing promotions, marketing and launching development projects outside of shareholder situations. Post and/or any user will be deleted who do not add value for project. Constructive words are ok, it is all about the approach, and how it is asked. FUD and fictitious claims will not be tolerated at any level. If there are good ideas, I can talk with decisions makers and see if they can become reality. For start I will answer some basic questions: 1. There are only 1.9b Atari Tokens, and there will never be more tokens created on this smart contract. Maybe in the future, Atari could build a new chain & token and make a swap, but as of now, this is not in any plans, but no matter how many new tokens that could be created 1.9b, 7.7b, or any another number, the team will make sure that proportions are same. For general info, most founders of projects can create a new token/coin at any time and tell community to swap from old to new for whatever reason. So there is only 1.9b tokens all rest is burned with no foreseeable plans to change this. 2. Atari Token belongs 50% to real Atari SA and 50% to real ICICB group so it is a legit token. 3. The current project management hasn't been ideal, and because of this, coordination between marketing and development teams are lacking. I hope it will be fixed. 4. Casino will come when come. First of all there are 2 different casinos, one will be 2D classic casino but on blockchain. Second one will be 3D casino integrated in virtual world also running on blockchain. Both will be 100% fair when they go live My expectation are 2D casino in 30 - 90 days and 3D casino between 60 - 180 days 5. There are two virtual worlds, none of them official created by Atari: One is called AlphaVerse and belongs to CBi, where Atari token will be accepted. The second one called virtual world or MetaVerse belongs to ICICB where the Atari Token will be also accepted and probably the Atari 3D casino will be inside of that world. There is no official information at this time, but it should be like this. 6. Shooting game will be probably not be an Atari game because of branding rights, so I thinking it to be an ICICB Shooting game supporting exclusive only Atari Tokens.

Tja-und da gibt es einige, was man so an Gerüchten aufschnappt 😉. Wade (CEO der Gruppe) hat ja jetzt auch den Token und das Casino Matt Barnett als CEO von Atari Chain (Tochter von Atari SA) übergeben - klar dass der jetzt mal etwas Zeit braucht. Ich denke aber dass da sicher die Kommunikation/Reporting und die Zusammenarbeit besser funktioniert da Fred schon seit längerem auch eigene Interessen vertreten hat 😉 Schönen Abend noch an alle!

Hello Cafliege, hallo zusammen, mein "Gefühl" soweit ich es beurteilen kann, dass das Schiff durch den Abgang von Fred etwas führerlos ist und die Projekte nach hinten geworfen wurden (leider etwas Chaos 😉) Generell ist der Management-Wechsel meiner Ansicht nach aber notwendig gewesen - neue Besen kehren wieder besser und brauchen etwas Zeit, Wade ist auch noch ein recht junger GF - aber ich denke motiviert... Falls es Atari auf die Reihe bringt - (ist ja nicht so sicher 😉) sollten folgende Sachen starten: 2D und 3D Casino (2D ist anscheinend in den Endzügen) und sollte schon in Q4 2021 starten). Für 3D Casino mit Atari eigenem Metaverse gab es ja schon einen Trailer. - Food Fight Remake - announced für Anfang/Q1 2022 - Blockchain Shooter (noch kein Datum) - Atari-Spieleserie (Mitte des Jahres) - 50 Jahr Jubiläum (nehme an dass es viele Marketingaktivitäten gibt 😉 - VCS Skalierung (wird gearbeitet) - Eröffnung Atari Alphaverse von CBI (Sommer) - Hotels kann ich noch nicht beurteilen, gibt da widersprüchliche Aussagen von 2022 bis 2025 (USA) -Token (Play2Earn, NFT)hängt natürlich davon ab ob Krypto in einen Bärenmarkt schlittert oder nicht 😉 - Wsl. auch zwischendurch wie dieses Jahr ein paar Überraschungen die noch nicht verraten werden... - nächste Zahlen erwarte ich mir nicht viel...Ende 2022 bin ich gespannt wie die VCS und die neuen Games verkauft wurden... Leider wurde auch der Landverkauf im Alphaverse etwas "verhunzt" 😉 Wade hat auch ein "Major Announcement" für 2022 angekündigt. Persönlich würde ich mir einen Investor wünschen der richtig Kohle hineinpumpt - wir werden sehen 😉 Als nächstes denke ich dass"Food Fight" kommt - zuerst auf der VCS dann auf anderen Konsolen.. Keine Investempfehlung!
