Das war nicht eindeutig zu hören! Die Amis vermuten Manipulation und dass der R/S aufgrund der Stimmenhoheit des CEO durchgedrückt wird! Das Ding ist ein einziger Betrug mMn!!

Es stand schon vorher fest, wie die Abstimmungen ausgehen. Michery und die toxische Finanzierungsgang hatten sowieso die Stimmmehrheit:
