Ich meine zu der Ausführung bei HC das die gesamten 75% hinfällig wären. Bei der anderen Ausführung mit 5% und Kraftwerk Besitz habe ich keine bedenken.

Dazu wird es noch eine Stellungnahme geben. Sollte es Tatsächlich war sein würde AVZ aus der ASX fliegen und sich selbst belassen.

Wenn AVZ die 75% aberkannt werden, dann wird nichts mehr etwas Wert sein.

Wie meinst du das mit „…nur noch eine Abschreibung“ ?

Habe den Vollständigen Bericht gelesen bei HC. Es gab aber keine Quellenangaben und behaupten daß die 75% schon nicht rechtsgültig sind. Ich denke wenn das stimmt haben wir nur noch eine Abschreibung.

Nun ist auch klar, warum es keine ML gibt.

Wenn das alles stimmt, dann hat AVZ ganz schlechte Karten.
