Bausch Health Companies (NYSE:BHC) has priced its $1.25B 5.000% senior notes due 2028 and $1.25B 5.250% senior notes due 2030.
The aggregate size of the offering of the Notes is $2.5B, which reflects an increase of $1.25B from the previous offering size.
The Notes will be sold at a price of 100% of the principal amount thereof.

Bausch Health Companies (NYSE:BHC) has launched an offering of a combined $1.25B aggregate principal amount of new senior notes due 2028 and new senior notes due 2030.
Net proceeds will be used to finance amounts owed under the Company's $1.21B settlement agreement relating to the U.S. putative securities class litigation filed; to pay transaction fees and expenses and for general corporate purposes.
