Weil im Laufe des BK Verfahrens eine Lösung gefunden wurde die Firma nicht insolvent geht und weiter besteht. Shares werden erst am Ende gecancelt wenn es keinen Ausweg mehr gibt.

Nein die Shares wurden von der Firma gelöst. Das Filing dazu gibt es. Das kann nicht rückgängig gemacht werden und ist unwiderruflich. Alles was jetzt noch zu Geld gemacht fließt in den Delaware Trust wo Aktionäre laut Plan nicht beteiligt werden.

Waren die shares bei Hertz eigentlich auch gecancelt? Da sollten die Shareholder am Anfang der Pläne ja auch leer ausgehen. Warum hat da keiner die shares gecancelt?
