Der Pulte schläft doch noch .... Der ist erst heute abend wieder fit wenn er an Arme 150 $ verteilt und von den bbbagholdern 500$ Scheinchen einsammelt. Ist ein guter Mensch, der Pulte.....

Ich kann ja nichts dafür dass ihr Euch so do.of anstellt, dass ich wie ein Gott für Dich rüberkomme. Ich kann dir versichern, dass ich in meinem Umkreis zwar als ein sehr respektierter und kompetenter Mensch, aber auch nicht Gott wahrgenommen werde. Allerdings bewege ich mich auch offensichtlich in deutlich gebildeteren Kreisen als ihr.....

Plan ist also schon seit Wochen substantially consumated, während noch Stores und Lagerhallen veräußert werden!?!? "Congress balanced the need for finality with the concepts embodied in section 350 and Rules 59 and 60 by expressly terminating the authority to modify a plan upon substantial consummation in section 1127(b). “Substantial consummation” is defined in section 1101(2) as: (A) transfer of all or substantially all of the property proposed by the plan to be transferred; (B) assumption by the debtor or by the successor to the debtor under the plan of the business or of the management of all or substantially all of the property dealt with by the plan; and (C) commencement of distribution under the plan. 11 U.SC. § 1101(2). All three requirements of section 1101(2) must have been met for a court to find substantial consummation." Da fragt man sich, was hier subantially bedeutet... Und das kann ein Naturwissenschaftler aus Deutschland heraus glaube ich nicht beantworten...
Das ist halt nicht ein Begriff den tinf.oils beliebig definieren können wie sie wollen. Er bedeutet auch NICHT dass alle transaktionen abgeschlossen sind und alles ausbezahlt ist. Sondern es ist ein Rechtsterm, der bei definierten Bedingungen kommuniziert eintritt und Rechtssicherheit schafft. Dein eigener Text spricht von transfer zum debtor oder dessen successor, nicht dass alles ausbezahlt ist. Auch die Umsetzung des Plans hat offensichtlich schon begonnen wie Du mit der share cancellation ja hemerkt hast. Aber ja, Du weisst es besser und Kroll und das Gerichtsdokument haben etwas falsches kommuniziert. Ihr definiert planlos immer um wie es Euch gefällt. Und wie oft wollt ihr noch Eure Unfähigkeit kommunizieren auch nur die Info section bei Kroll lesen zu können?

Jap, meine Frage wurde ja beantwortet. Denke trotzdem, dass du dich etwas entspannen könntest. Hab schließlich nix schlechtes geschrieben. Hab nix gebasht oder zu irgendwas aufgefordert.
