Viele Firmen nutzen Aktienoptionen auch als SBC- Stock Based Compensation, wie zum Beispiel PayPal.
Das ist dann eigentlich nichts anderes als ein Gehaltsersatz bzw. ergänzung.
Oft ist eine Haltefrist eingebaut.
Wenn die Aktienoptionen ausgeübt wurden, versuchen einige Firmen die Verwässerung durch Aktienrückkäufe wieder auszugleichen
