An sich gut, Kapitalbeschaffung. Verwässern würde ich sagen, aber ist ja schon verwässert. Mit der Erhöhung ist nicht getan. Man braucht auch Käufer. Aber denke mal dass die haben. Direct offerings sind es. Bei Stammaktien hat man Mitbestimmungsrecht und sind in der Regel teurer. Es gibt noch Common stocks wo man kein Mitbestimmungsrecht hat. Mal schauen
