As I mentioned that we are closely partnering with our strategic financing partners, both Oaktree and QIA and any questions or any condition that to be met, they are very collaborative with us and we update those amendments, if needed. So if there is anything needed, we will update you what is needed on the credit agreement.

Good question, Sumant. We are always in discussion with our strategic partner, and they are very supportive of facilitating and having company be able to get financing, because they really believe in this asset and they see that this is a large market opportunity. So it's a very good partnership, and we work together to chart out the optimal path. I think most important from this call is that we have a clarity from a FDA perspective, what we to do in terms of our path forward for these two projects.

Das würde ja erklären, wo die 25 Mio zur Kreditrückzahlung trotz Absage des Public Offerings herkommen sollen. Fragt sich nur, ob das alles ein durchdachter Plan mit Ass im Ärmel oder reine Alternativlosigkeit ist. Ich bin so froh, wenn ich hier endlich mal raus bin und nicht mehr jeden Tag diesen Krawall an der Backe habe. Dann einfach wieder schön meine langweiligen BlueChip-Werte laufen lassen und entspannt zuschauen, so wie ich das vor den ganzen Biotech-Experimenten getan habe. 😌
