Lucid Capital initiated coverage of BioXcel Therapeutics () with a Buy rating and $66 BioXCel is expanding the use of its approved agitation drug, Igalmi, for at-home use and for Alzheimer’s disease, the analyst tells investors in a research note. The firm says there are 7M patients diagnosed with Alzheimer’s disease in the U.S. alone and the numbers are expected to double every 20 years with the aging population. It sees blockbuster potential for Igalmi.
