Aber.... 📉 Profitability & Margins Gross margin declined year-over-year in the fourth quarter despite revenue growth (non-GAAP margin approximately 31.9%, lower than in the fourth quarter of 2024). This indicates pressure on margins due to new contracts or price adjustments. Operating income declined in the quarter despite higher GAAP revenues, but was flat on a non-GAAP basis. Bloom's GAAP net income continued to report a loss for the full year (primarily due to extraordinary expenses), while non-GAAP earnings are profitable.
Es ist zwar rückläufig aber eine Marge von 31,9% ist immer noch sehr sehr stark. Über die Marge würde ich mich kaum beschweren.

Auch gehe ich 2026 von einem neuen Crash aus, insofern ich denke, dass wir bis spätestens zur Mitte des Jahres etwas erleben sollten. Viele technische Indikatoren deuten daraufhin und einige Kurse sind nach wie vor astronomisch hoch. Gelinde gesagt wird es tatsächlich Zeit dafür, obgleich die Konsolidierung der letzten Tage etwas Luft verschafft hat.

Nicht übertreiben, Bloom ist immer noch sportlich bewertet....Aber mit den Zahlen und den operativen Neuigkeiten ist das Unternehmen auf einem guten Weg, in die Bewertung hineinzuwachsen. Jetzt erstmal den Sturm an der Börse durchstehen und dann gehts hoffentlich weiter bergauf!

Einmal als Begründung. Die 176$ hatten wir bereits gesehen. Die gestrigen Zahlen waren mehr als gut, der Umsatz und das EPS wurden deutlich übertroffen und nicht grad mal so eben knapp. Die anderen Zahlen waren auch gut, die Auftragsbücher sind sehr stark also 200$ sollte möglich sein, wenn der Markt dieses Jahr gut ansteigt, eventuell noch mehr.

Einmal als Begründung. Die 176$ hatten wir bereits gesehen. Q4 2025 Gross Margin (GAAP): ~30.8% — this was down significantly from ~38.3% in Q4 2024, meaning for every dollar of revenue the company kept less as gross profit this quarter compared to a year ago.
Non-GAAP Gross Margin (Q4 2025): ~31.9%, also down from ~39.3% in the year-ago quarter.
Full-Year 2025 Gross Margin: ~29.0% (GAAP) and ~30.3% (Non-GAAP), both actually higher than 2024’s ~27.5–28.7%.

📉 1. Profitabilität & Margen
Die Bruttomarge ging im vierten Quartal trotz Umsatzwachstums gegenüber dem Vorjahr zurück (Non-GAAP-Marge ca. 31,9 %, niedriger als im vierten Quartal 2024). Dies deutet auf Margendruck durch Neuverträge oder Preisanpassungen hin.
Das operative Ergebnis war im Quartal trotz höherer Umsätze nach GAAP rückläufig, nach Non-GAAP jedoch unverändert.
Das GAAP-Nettoergebnis von Bloom wies für das Gesamtjahr weiterhin einen Verlust aus (hauptsächlich aufgrund außerordentlicher Aufwendungen), während das Non-GAAP-Ergebnis profitabel ist.

Zahlen und Ausblick sind auch top. Aber aktuell sehr schlechtes Marktumfeld und der Kurs hier wird eh in den USA gemacht, also ab 15.30 uhr
