MicroStrategy acquires 15,400 Bitcoin for $1.5B
MicroStrategy Inc. revealed in a filing report on Monday that it acquired about 15,400 Bitcoins for approximately $1.5 billion in cash at an average price of $95,976 per Bitcoin between November 25 and December 1.
After the latest transactions, the software company and its subsidiaries currently hold around 402,110 Bitcoins, acquired for approximately $23.4 billion at an average purchase price of $58,263 per Bitcoin.
According to the filing report, the company also announced that during the same period, it sold an aggregate of 3,728,507 shares for net proceeds of around $1.48 billion under the Sales Agreement with TD Securities LLC, Barclays Capital Inc., The Benchmark Company, LLC, BTIG, LLC, Canaccord Genuity LLC, Cantor Fitzgerald & Co., Maxim Group LLC, Mizuho Securities USA LLC and SG Americas Securities, LLC. After the transaction, MicroStrategy had $11.3 billion of shares left available for issuance and sale.
The company's stock rose 0.75% during premarket hours and sold for $387.47 at 8:41 am ET.

Hast bei 18600 im Dax von Mai bis Juli mir auch versucht zu erklären und ich hab dir 100 mal erklärt das Dax eine Korrektur ausbildet. Dann ging es knapp 2000p runter. Laut dir würde der Dax nie wieder unter 18k fallen. Naja gleiche Sülze seit Wochen hier nun. Du nimmst börsennews App um Charts zu analysieren. Das sagt schon alles
Der DAX fiel zuletzt am **27. Februar 2024** unter die Marke von 17.000 Punkten. 🤔
