Eine MTL liegt derzeit bei 0,334 Euro (wenn ich verkaufe). Ich würde also 1 Euro für eine Canopy Aktie zahlen. Bekomme noch 9 Cent pro MTL in bar. Zahle somit 0.91 Euro pro Canopy Aktie. Passt doch zum derzeitigen Kurs. Canopy ist somit daran gelegen, den Kurs bei ca. 0,90 Cent zu halten, bis der Tausch vollzogen wurde. 😉
