Why do you think the share price of Nel has anything to do with the shareprice of Cavendish? The exchange ratio between the companies has nothing to do with eachother. Cavendish is currently trading at around 40% discount to net cash...

The reason for the downfall in stock recently is probably because Cavendish was taken out of the norwegian stock index, because the market cap was way too small. This forced the index-funds to sell their stake - which they had after getting Cavendish from their Nel stock. It makes for an interesting setup in my mind.

Around 25% of the free-float in Cavendish has been soldt short. I wonder when they will cover, and what the impact will be for the stockprice. The shorting is too high with a low mcap of 30m EUR. Cash position in excess of 52m EUR.
