The board of directors (the “Board”) of China Harmony New Energy Auto Holding Limited (the “Company”) is pleased to announce that Beijing Automobile Zhilian New Energy Automotive Sales Co., Ltd. was established on 28 November 2018 based on rapid market development for the new energy passenger vehicles and due to the policies of optimization of the energy structure, development of clean energy and vigorous establishment of new energy vehicles by the National Energy Department. The new company will focus on the development of authorized sales and service networks for the brands of new energy vehicles within the country, strive for the promotion and penetration of brands and products of new energy vehicles, and enhance the purchase and experience of users across the country. The new company is committed to developing to become the leading enterprise in the new energy industry chain with comprehensive service.
