Cipher Mining (NASDAQ: CIFR) reported Q3 2025 revenue of $72 million, a net loss of $3 million (loss of $0.01 per share) and Non-GAAP adjusted earnings of $41 million (or $0.10 per diluted share). The company executed an approximately $5.5 billion, 15-year lease with Amazon Web Services to deliver 300 MW of AI capacity in 2026 (two phases starting July 2026; rent begins August 2026). Cipher formed a joint entity to develop Colchis, a 1-GW West Texas site where Cipher would hold ~95% equity under standard terms and has a 1-GW Direct Connect Agreement with AEP targeting energization in 2028 pending ERCOT final review. Other items: 3.2 GW pipeline, completed a $1.3 billion convertible note offering, and a 10-year AI hosting agreement with Fluidstack and Google.
