Frage Vitiligo der Patentschutz von Scenesse für EPP läuft ja jetzt die nächsten Jahre aus. Bezieht sich das Patent auf den Wirkstoff oder auf die Indikation wo es eingesetzt wird? Bei EPP sehe ich ja noch kein Problem, wenn dort das Patent ausläuft, aber wie sieht es in Zukunft bei Vitiligo aus? Wird es dort noch einen Schutz gegen Generika geben? Kann mich hier bitte jemand aufklären? =) danke!
