Bei einer Teilverstaatlichung übernimmt der Staat auch die Mehrheit, das würde bestimmt bedeuten er gibt über 2 Milliarden neue Aktien raus, liege ich da etwa richtig

Verstaatlichung würde bedeuten, der Staat steigt mit einer Summe xy ein und erhält im Gegenzug Aktien - quasi wie eine Kapitalerhöhung.
