Das Geschäftsmodell von crowd basiert in Europa auf dem privacy shield ACT und den gibt's bekanntlich nicht mehr. Es gibt momentan keine rechtliche Basis um diesen Dienst legal in Europa einzusetzen :-( da können die noch soviel schreiben sie sind gdpr konform, der Cloud Act hebelt das alles aus. Leider.

Betriebsrat hab ich keinen Betriebsrat. DSGVO hatte ich bis gerade eben nicht auf dem Schirm um ehrlich zu sein

Mich würde interessieren wie du das dsgvo konform machst und wie du das durch den Betriebsrat bekommst (sofern ihr einen habt). Crowdstrike ist aus dsgvo Sicht leider ne Katastrophe.
