Below is the excerpt on DNK. Berenberg have a great reputation as an investment bank and whilst not as large as the other household names, they have tremendous credibility and a large captive audience.  Revival of Eritrea: Danakali’s potash project could be a game changer for the country We met with Danakali’s management team who are in the process of developing Colluli, an SOP potash project located close to the Red Sea by Eritrea’s eastern border. With the sanctions now lifted, development of the mine has the potential to meaningfully advance the nation’s economy and support food security in the region. Colluli expects to produce 472ktpa of premium grade fertilizer with plans to increase total SOP production to 944ktpa requiring an additional capital cost of $175M. The deposit is near surface allowing for low-cost open pit mining and benefits from favourable logistics. Encouraging FEED results suggest a project NPV of $902M and IRR of 30%. The project is being developed as a 50:50 joint venture with the government of Eritrea and an offtake agreement has been secured for a minimum of 87% of production with EuroChem, a top fertilizer producer. The company has all material permits in place and executed a mandate for $200M debt financing, representing approximately two-thirds of the total development capital for the first phase of the project. We like the product specification as well as the multi-commodity potential of the project and see it emerging as one of the most accessible potash deposits.​

Insgesamt ist die Kursentwicklung bei dem mega Projekt natürlich eine Katastrophe. Wer durchgehend gehalten hat, hat allen Grund zum Mosern ✌
