The June jobs report showed the US labor market remained more resilient than anticipated in the final month of the second quarter. The US economy added 147,00 nonfarm payrolls in June, more than the 106,000 expected by economists. The unemployment rate unexpectedly fell to 4.1%. Eigentlich müsste man in der Nähe des ATH, mitten in dieser Beste-aller-Welten-Blase, doch empfindlich auf schwache Daten reagieren. Aber gestern hat man wieder genau das übliche Playbook gesehen: kurzer Drop, dann direktes Hochpumpen. Klar, dieser Vietnam-Deal hat sicher geholfen..auch wenn die Zölle am Ende deutlich höher ausfallen als zuvor, aber das kümmert die Börse ja sowieso nicht mehr. Mittlerweile weiß ich gar nicht mehr, was ich von Daten überhaupt halten soll, wenn sie am Ende doch immer wieder in irgendein bullishes Narrativ verdreht werden.
