ja ich habe heute nachgekauft

ham ja heut schon wieder n recht schönes Volumen gehabt in Frankfurt. .... schön langsam aber sicher kommt diese aktie ins rollen:)

Am 30.04. war von 10 und 15 Cent die Rede und nicht von 7 und 11 Cent!!

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA, Jun 2, 2014 (Marketwired via COMTEX) -- Declan Resources Inc. ("Declan" or the "Company") CA:LAN -6.25% intends to amend the non-brokered private placement previously announced April 30, 2014. The revised terms for the non-brokered private placement offering will consist of up to 28,570,000 units at a revised price of $0.07 per unit for gross proceeds of up to $2,000,000. Each unit will consist of one common share of Declan and one common share purchase warrant, with each warrant entitling the holder thereof to purchase one additional common share at a revised exercise price of $0.11 cents per common share for a period of 24 months from closing of the offering.
