Ich denke, Du hast Recht, weil sich der conversion price dynamisch anpasst. Momentan liegt er bei 25$, bei zukünftigem RS 1000:1 wäre er bei 25.000 $. Das wird die Stammaktie im Leben nicht erreichen. Ich habe die relevanten Textpassagen des zweiten Angebots vom 18.
