Warum soll aktuell der Kursverfall zu einem Konkurs vom Unternehmen führen? Der Aktienkurs hat nichts mit dem Realgeschehen des Unternehmens zu tun. Genug Cashreserven sind aktuell noch da, sodass eine KE nicht unbedingt notwendig ist. Was sollte also der aktuelle Kurs mit einem Konkurs zu tun haben?
