Mit dieser Nachricht habe ich irgendwie überhaupt nicht gerechnet und bin dahingehend, auch echt überrascht und enttäuscht. Store Capital war für mich stets ein unauffälliger und konstanter wert im Depot. Eigentlich war ein sehr langfristiges Investment mein Ziel.... sehr schade...hatte nicht vor in nächster Zeit, mir für Store eine Alternative zu suchen....müssen wir dann wohl doch alle 😔
So wie ich das gelesen habe, gehört zum Deal das Store bis zum 15. Oktober Zeit hat ein besseres Angebot zu finden. Wenn sie kein besseres Angebot bekommen wird der Deal mit 32,25$ fällig. Hie ein auszug aus einem bereicht bei Reuters: The deal agreement has a 30-day "go-shop" period that will expire on Oct. 15, which will allow Store Capital to solicit and consider alternative acquisition proposals, the companies said.
