100% von 100 ist nicht viel 😂

Mein Kurs war 1,445. Ich hatte das letzte mal schon ein richtig sattes Plus, wo Vornik das erste mal Unsinn gemacht hat, und dann meine ich über 100% verloren. Ne, diesmal nicht. Vielleicht klappts ja wieder zum EK.

Okay, multiple things. First of all, 1,80-2,00 Euro Zone is pretty strong support. What happened? Overlap between stock selling, and duplicate contract mishap. This looks like insider trading, but there are a lot of plausible angles to argue it wasn’t. Oleg had his performance options due and started selling them. Why? Doesn’t matter. He started before the contract announcement. Then on the last two days of him selling, the double contract announcement fuck-up happens, AFAIK by the Americans. Internal communication reviews will show what happened and if this was criminal intent / insider trading or human error. The American CEO was let go, Oleg is gone too. Now the investigation is due and we will see. The realistic scenarios for the next 12 months, based on what I find most likely (subjectively): ASIC clears the company entirely. Stock re-rates strongly. Lost time but no permanent damage. Probably 25-30% probability. ASIC finds disclosure breaches but no criminal conduct. Civil penalties on individuals (Vornik, James). Company gets enforceable undertakings or modest fines. Stock recovers slowly over 12+ months as the overhang clears. Probably 50-55% probability. ASIC finds insider trading. Criminal referrals against individuals. Company faces larger civil penalties and reputational damage. Stock stays depressed for extended period. Probably 15-20% probability. Investigation drags on with no resolution. Stock stays rangebound for 12-18 months. The “dead money” scenario. Always possible with regulatory investigations. All this under the assumption that no insanely good news about big contracts drop. This is unrelated to operational matters and more of a governance matter. DRO is still a start-up, not a fully formed seasoned company with iron clad internal processes. They are barely profitable, scaling and humans make mistakes. I for one find 75-85% likelyhood of this being fine perfectly acceptable. DRO is a long term bet for me. I will not sell this stock until my investment doubles, and my buy in is currently 1,99 Euro on average.
