Die Frage ist, wie lange man diese Rolle (Project Development) noch braucht, gerade bei einem kleinen Unternehmen. Seine Aufgabe ist ja die Projektplanung. Die Frage ist, mit wem man dann in die Umsetzung geht bzw. wer für diese dann zuständig ist und da brauchst dann einen Project Director.
Wird auch deutlich an seiner Jobbeschreibung: Selected to lead the development of Ecograf's graphite mining and downstream processing business, I was responsible for progressing the Epanko project from feasibility through to execution. Joining a lean team, I established the project steering committee and implemented core project management frameworks, introducing disciplined governance, risk management and HSE standards. Despite limited resources, I completed a bankable feasibility study within nine months, repositioning the project for funding. A key achievement was shifting the execution strategy to 100% EPCM delivery, resolving legacy issues and setting a clear path forward. I also embedded regular project forums and fostered greater collaboration across internal teams and consultants, strengthening engagement and
accountability. My remit extended to advancing additional projects in early-stage development while supporting continuous improvement in reporting and stakeholder alignment.
