Ich denke, wir sollten da alle eine email hinschicken, warum wir nicht abstimmen konnten bzw was es gekostet hätte. Dann würde ich vielleicht noch die Aktienzahl mitteilen und auch sagen, wie man abgestimmt hätte ( also wahrscheinlich mit nein - keine Performance shares bei dem Aktienkurs bzw langsamen Entwicklung).

Ich glaube abstimmen geht nicht mehr aber es scheint zu interessieren wieviele Anteile man hat und was das Problem bei der Abstimmung ist oder war

Yes I know what I have said and I made my comments very well known, and yes the Company read my posts during the meeting and I was confronted when leaving by an officer of the company. I was extremely clear about our German shareholders concerns re: voting. Die HV scheint schon vorbei zu sein. Wenn ich zwischen den Zeilen von itstime lese, ist es nicht wirklich im Sinne der Herren Vorsitzenden von eco gelaufen
