@Krokette2 Das formelle Übernahmeangebot kommt Anfang September und Ende Oktober soll die Aktie von der Börse genommen werden. Es müssen auch nur, wie bereits weiter oben diskutiert, lediglich ein gutes Drittel der ausstehenden Aktien angedient werden. Dann hat der Staat 90% und kann einen Squeeze-Out durchführen. "Still, analysts noted the government would only need to get 90% ownership of EDF to be able to delist it. "We think the offer looks attractive and has high probability of success," Citi analyst Piotr Dzieciolowski said in a note. The buyout offer will be filed with the stock exchange regulator by early September. The French government aims to complete the process of delisting the group by the end of October, a finance ministry source said." So ist es..... Ich habe heute die Hälfte der 4000 EDF Aktien verkauft. Mit der anderen Hälfte möchte ich das offizielle Angebot abwarten und beobachten, ob vielleicht doch noch ein bisschen mehr drin ist.

Kann hier jemand erklären, warum Jefferies die Aktie immer noch als Buy einstuft mit Kursziel 16€? Wie will man 16€ jetzt noch erreichen, wir sind doch jetzt mach meinem Verständnis auf knapp unter 12€ festgenagelt. Entweder man wartet, bis man die 12€ ausgezahlt bekommt (wie das läuft, weiß ich auch nicht genau) oder man nimmt die ca. 11,75€ jetzt und legt das Geld anderweitig an?

Der Figaro schreibt von Alptraum für Kleinaktionäre und Schaden für die Aktienkultur. Der Börsengang erfolgte vor 17 Jahren mit 32 € und seitdem gab es in Summe 15,5 € Dividende.

So einfach ist das mit dem Atomstrom offenbar auch nicht. Jedenfalls nicht für EDF.

wie läuft das jetzt ab? sind die 12€ safe? bekommt man den Betrag nach Abschluss des Deals gegen die Aktien eingebucht? - wär das dann nicht nachteilig jetzt zu verkaufen, bzw. vorteilhaft jetzt zu kaufen?…..kann da jemand Auskunft geben?….danke!
