Go Back August 10, 2015 Dear Shareholders, I hope everyone is having a wonderful summer. Our summer has been busy. For the past month, we have been working on shoring up the public side of the business. The first step will be to use the private raise as a way of moving to the TSX Venture Exchange (TSX:V). This is important because it will help bring us more attention from the Canadian market as a growing technology company. Along with the TSX:V move, we will keep refining our IR and marketing strategies. Many people would like to see more trading volume. We believe that if we make some of these changes, we can spark new interest in our story and company, and with that more volume. In anticipation of these changes taking place by early fall, I’m using this update to give you some insight and details on company developments. As I said, we have been busy this summer, and believe that our technologies are growing and finding their place in the market. First, I’ll touch on Reelhouse. Since January mobile traffic is up 10% and video plays are up 25%. Reelhouse just released the award-winning film Bella Vita. The filmmakers are using bundling to sell several products including DVDs, hats, T-shirts, books, movie posters, stickers and prints. Check this out at: www.reelhouse.org/jasonbaffafilms/bellavita. Next, I’ll dive into Cumul8. Our Stratus version of Cumul8 is now being used in India through Prime Focus and its affiliate studios. Locally, as you are probably aware, Vancouver is a VFX hub. Because of our location and our connections with the VFX companies, we’ve been able to make inroads into the local VFX community with Cumul8. We are working with a local companies to help manage their digital assets and hope to announce new customers very soon. We are also meeting with Vancouver based film and art schools, with the goal of making Cumul8 the standard in local educational institutions. The strength of our software over anything else in the market is that we do a better job of recognizing multiple file formats, show visual thumbnails of those assets—a powerful search facility so you can find varied assets, and have a unique structure that keeps multiple versions of a single asset so its history can be tracked. The goal for this version of Cumul8 is to build enough of a client base to release it as a standalone, downloadable asset management system. This will allow any content maker to track and build their production from the Cumul8 Stratus site. As we mentioned in a news release, we have entered into a memorandum of understanding with The BID Group of Companies (“BID”) to work toward implementing a Cumul8 solution into its existing offerings. We are excited about the forestry industry because it aligns with our goal to broaden Cumul8’s industry exposure by the end of 2015. BID is a leader in its field and a conduit to this vast industry. This project’s goal is to create two Cumul8 modules. One will sit on top of BID’s various machinery and provide data visualization for BID’s clients. The other will use live data from each mill, connect multiple mills and combine the results with other sources of company data to provide live performance analysis, and help improve overall mill performance. Today we are focusing our Cumul8 sales efforts on the resource, manufacturing and service sectors. The revenue model for new projects includes a development fee + maintenance + royalty. The key message to shareholders is that we are generating revenue with Cumul8. Hopefully the details above have provided some insight into what is going on. I hope you enjoy the rest of your summer.
