Sorry, aber wenn hier noch einer sagt was Steve doch für ein geiler CEO ist komm ich und lösch Euer Internet! Soviel Unfähigkeit auf einem Haufen ist unfassbar. " Wir waren bedingt durch Corona nicht in der Lage zu Tochterunternehmen in den USA zu reisen "!! Das sagt ein CEO in Zeiten von Internet, Zoom und was weiss ich. Dieser Satz ist Armutszeugnis und Bankrotterklärung zugleich. In Youtube Videos mit seinem dämlichen Grinsen Leute hinhalten macht eben doch keinen CEO aus. Ich hab seit Wochen ein scheiss Gefühl aber diese Meldung gestern topt alles... Montag geht das Ding 20% runter. Wünsche Euch Allen viel Glück. Ich gehe raus...mit 8k Verlust. Aber die hole ich mit richtigen Firmen und wirklich guten Vorständen wieder rein. Haut rein Jungs...schönes Wochenende 🍀

Also ich finde es schon sehr respektable das direkt eine Erklärung kommt und diese sehr plausibel ist,das ist nicht selbstverständlich... denke nächste Woche sind sie dann auf dem Tisch und wie schon erwähnt wurde ist das hier ein long invest...

Wird wohl so sein, wobei ich darauf hätte verzichten können.....vielleicht schiebt er übers Wochenende ja noch eine etwas positivere News hinterher....

Empower Announces Delay in Filing of Annual Financial Statements VANCOUVER B.C.: April 30, 2021 – EMPOWER CLINICS INC. (CBDT: CSE) (8EC: Frankfurt) (EPWCF: OTC) (“Empower” or the “Company”) has determined that it will not be able to file its annual audited financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2020, and its related Management's Discussion and Analysis and Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer certifications (collectively, the "Required Filings"), by the prescribed filing deadline of April 30, 2021 (the "Filing Deadline"), and wishes to avoid prejudicing shareholders in the event that it is unable to do so. The delay is primarily due to the negative impact of the coronavirus pandemic and our inability to travel for audit purposes to our U.S. based subsidiaries. Further, the Company completed two acquisitions in late 2020 of private companies that had no prior audit experience, in addition an independent third-party valuation of the new subsidiaries has been required by our audit firm. The Company has made an application to the British Columbia Securities Commission for a temporary management cease trade order ("MCTO") under National Policy 12-203 - Management Cease Trade Orders ("NP 12-203") which would restrict all trading in securities of the Company, whether direct or indirect, by the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer of the Company. The issuance of an MCTO does not generally affect the ability of persons who are not directors, officers or other insiders of the Company to trade in securities of the Company.
