Die ASM-Aktionäre haben am 12. August 2026 der Übernahme durch Energy Fuels mit großer Mehrheit zugestimmt. Energy Fuels erwartet den Abschluss der Transaktion nun für den 28. August 2026. Damit rückt die geplante vertikale REE-Kette deutlich näher: vom australischen Rohstoff über White Mesa bis hin zu Metall- und Legierungsproduktion, einschließlich der bestehenden ASM-Kapazitäten in Südkorea.

Ich war schon einmal in dieser Gegend, in Moab und in Mesa Verde..... sind dann den Highway hinauf Richtung Denver gefahren. Ich weiß noch, wie wir uns unterhalten haben, wer denn hier wohnt, in dieser Steinwüste. Neulich habe ich mir auch die Minen gesucht, eine ist direkt neben dem Flughafen für den Grand Canyon, man sieht fast nichts, keine großen Anlagen, ich wunderte mich, dass man das mit LKWs zur Aufbereitung karrt. Dass man dort um das Wasser fürchtet finde ich eine berechtigte Sorge, aber den ganzen Schamanen Humbug darüber entzieht sich meinem Verständnis. Viel kann man dort nicht an Schaden anrichten, außer mit dem Grundwasser passiert etwas, das ist aber sicher im Sinne von EF, dass da nichts schiefgehen wird. Wenn Uran wieder so modern wird, wie es sich Trump vorstellt, könnte es schon zu einer Mehrbelastung kommen, das wird aber an der Genehmigung nichts ändern, da muss sich EF was zu Schulden kommen lassen.

Aber das hatten wir doch schon mal alles durch. Die Mühle macht diese Jahr auch kein Uran mehr

Ich hoffe, dass das mal keinen juckt. Nachteil für EF sehe ich keinen,vielleich überwiegt das Positive, wenn der CEO nachlegt. 🤔

Das fehlt auch noch das die wegen potentiellem Insiderhandel was machen müssen. Ich sehe den Vorteil von EF nicht und glaub auch nicht an Insiderhandel aber positiv ist es nicht
