In the United States, voluntary dismissal in Federal court is subject to Rule 41(a) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. Rule 41(a)'s full text can be found below. Top freu mich schon wenn diese zwei Anlagen mit dem Bau abgeschlossen haben und im Betrieb gehen und dann noch bei Toyota mit dem Bau begonnen wird . Wenn dann noch die Patent Sache geklärt ist und noch weitere Aufträge reinflattern passt alles 👍
