Ich würde gerne kandidieren und falls das alles so kommt muss ich keine Stimmberechtigten Aktien haben aber wurde die dann sowieso zu einem Broker wechseln der das anbietet!

Einige von euch haben gefragt, ob ihr mich als möglichen Kandidaten für den Verwaltungsrat vorschlagen dürft. Ja, dazu wäre ich bereit. Dass ich meine Stimmrechte über ZERO derzeit nicht ausüben kann, steht einer Kandidatur nicht entgegen. Ich möchte offen sein: Ich habe keine Bergbauerfahrung. Meine Erfahrung liegt in 15 Jahren Personaldienstleistung, Recruiting, Vertrieb und Personalführung. In die fachlichen und rechtlichen Aufgaben eines Verwaltungsrats müsste ich mich intensiv einarbeiten, und dazu bin ich bereit. Wenn ihr mich vorschlagen möchtet, würde ich die Aufgabe sehr ernst nehmen. Mir ist wichtig, dass der Verwaltungsrat unabhängig handelt, die offenen Fragen aufgeklärt werden und die Projekte wieder vorankommen.

The form allows you to tell us where this process currently stands. Once we have established the required shareholder support, we will prepare the formal written EGM request for the relevant shareholders to review and sign. The form itself is not the formal statutory EGM request, and completing it does not authorize anyone to vote your shares or act as your proxy. Ich habe auch meinen Freund in Norwegen angeschrieben, der einen Master in Geologie hat und sich bereits mit den EBM-Projekten befasst hat. Ich habe ihn gefragt, ob er in Schweden unabhängige Leute aus dem Bergbau kennt, die als Kandidaten für den Verwaltungsrat infrage kämen. Ob sich daraus etwas ergibt, weiß ich natürlich noch nicht.

Habe Simon ebenfalls geschrieben. Nur Namen und Anzahl Shares. Der Hinweis von Nicefish ist natürlich absolut berechtigt! Da müsste noch vieles weitere geklärt werden bevor man weitere Daten austauscht. Ich würde dann auch mal meine Bank, comdirect, anschreiben wie so was von deren Seite überhaupt funktionieren würde, wenn ich meine Stimmrechte temporär übertragen möchte. --- Und Danke Jakob für deinen Aufwand!

Guten Morgen an all meine Mitsorgenden, da das gebrannte Kind nun doch das Fallbeil scheut: ist es nicht zwingend geraten, Simons Identität zu kennen und zu prüfen, bevor wir ihm alle unsere doch sehr persönlichen Daten überlassen, ich kenne bisher nur eine sehr allgemeine E-Mail-Adresse und einen Vornamen. @Jakob: hast du eventuell weitere Angaben von Simon?

I’m simply another shareholder trying to bring people together and see what, if anything, we can do collectively. I have no personal or commercial interest in this beyond my own shareholding. I’ve also already reached out to Aktiespararna and asked them to review the situation and consider whether they can support shareholders. I’m putting together a simple and transparent way for shareholders to coordinate, and I’ll send you more information and the next steps shortly. There’s nothing you need to do right now.
